With our New Leaf metabolic testing system we will provide you with your personal resting metabolic rate (RMR) and determine your daily caloric metabolic rate for proper and healthy weight loss.

In addition to your personal nutritional plan we will add a combination of resistive and cardio exercise programs, nutritional coaching and personal meal-planning tailored to your individual needs for greater weight-loss success.

Tactical Strength and Conditioning

Fitness 1 on 1 will work with your tactical unit of military personnel, law enforcement officers or fire/rescue first responders to improve injury prevention, strength, power, speed and agility. Sport-Specific Training

Fitness 1on1 is owned and operated by known Strength and Conditioning Specialist Damien Mockus. Damien has worked extensively with numerous athletes over the course of his experience as a personal trainer since 1995. In addition, our team of personal trainers has a diverse background in most sports.

We offer individual and group training for all sports. Our specialties are off-season speed and power development, in-season skill development and post-season rehabilitation.

Pre- and Post-Natal Conditioning

Regular exercise before and during pregnancy has been linked to smoother deliveries and healthier babies. It is also critical for getting back to your pre-pregnancy condition which benefits you personally and health-wise.

We have programs for women who are planning to become pregnant, expectant moms and new moms.
