Owner
The success of your health, fitness and sport is my purpose.
Since 1995, I have worked as a personal trainer. Combining my
experience and education as well as developing a team of resourceful
experts in fitness, I founded Fitness1on1.com to provide a service to
the community. |
|
| Moving from Jersey to attend school here for physical therapy, I have
since worked in health & fitness for several corporations including
NASA (Intern), Hermann Memorial Hospital (Intern) and Sam Houston State
University (Student Assistant Strength Coach). Throughout the course of
these positions, I always maintained my status as an independent
trainer. |

|
|
In addition to growing and developing my young companies, I am
working to continue my education and research in health, fitness and
sport. Currently, my focus is involvement with the NSCA, local police,
fire, & EMS personnel, community outreach efforts, networking and
getting the Fitness1on1.com brand known throughout Houston and the
surrounding areas.
At Fitness1on1.com, with 100% of your commitment, I promise to
maximize your results in the shortest amount of time. You can depend on
us to provide the highest quality of personal training and exercise
prescription at the lowest cost.
I look forward to meeting you and serving you at Fitness1on1.com.

| Training is about helping people reach goals. Rarely do I meet people
who just want to exercise because they have nothing better to do. Most
of us exercise to live – we don’t live to exercise. We have a goal
that’s outside of the gym because that’s where we spend our time. Maybe
we want to look better for the summer or be a better athlete or perhaps
the doctor has told us we need to start exercising to reverse a health
issue. No matter what the reason, I want to help people get there. |
|
|
My style of training is simple: work hard, live practically and learn
as we go. Most of us live in an 8-5 world with difficult jobs, fast
moving kids and limited time. We want to get the most out of our workout
and our trainer. I want to give that to them.
I worked at Texas Sports Medical Center for two years, graduated from
Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelors degree in Speech
Communication and a minor in Kinesiology. I am certified through the
National Academy of Sports Medicine with hopes to continue my education
in the next year by getting certified through the National Strength and
Conditioning Association.
I live in Spring with my wonderful wife and our two great kids. My
hobbies include working out, riding my mountain bike and playing soccer
on a co-ed team with my wife. My goals for this year are to get my
certification through NSCA, compete in three races and win the lottery
(kidding). | |

| Katherine Stone |
My name is Katharine Stone and I was born in a small town in London, England by the name of Hounslow. As a child I was very ill, so for the first few years of my life I was hospitalized. However, my family is my support system, and with their love and care I made it through my sickness. This leads me to the reason why I chose this profession. Not only is it my passion but it is my lifestyle, and one I hope to show to others. We only get one body, we must treat it with care. The mind is stronger than the body, and we can do anything we tell it to do. That is my philospohy. |
|
|
I am currently attending the University of Houston and working towards my Exercise Science degree and my minor in Nutrition. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports & Medicine and seek others who continue to teach me about health and fitness. I enjoy all types of exercise, especially weight lifting. When I'm not in the gym I am spending time with my family, reading, writing or studying.
A long term goal of mine is to compete in a figure competition, and to show my nieces and nephews a healthy lifestyle in hopes that they will follow.
" The greatest wealth is health." - Virgil

| Renee MIller |
| Renee Miller began working in the fitness industry in 2005, teaching private yoga and Pilates sessions. From there, she found how rewarding it was to help others reach their fitness goals and it inspired her to become a personal trainer. Renee takes the focus on form straight into her one on one training, for a workout that targets exactly what needs to be worked... Everything! |
|
|
Renee is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a Certified Group Exercise Instructor by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Her education also includes special populations (pre and post natal, diabetics, high-blood pressure, thyroid, and more) and performance enhancement. She has completed two years of college and has goals to continue her education, working toward a degree in Kinesiology.
Renee enjoys competing in sprint triathlons and going running with her daughter. She also enjoys cooking (and eating), and loves to share fresh healthy ideas for eating with everyone.

Growing up with a brother who is a World’s Strongest Man competitor
and having a father and brother who are both personal trainers, fitness
naturally became an important part of my life.
I have lived in Houston for 11 years and I graduated from Cy Fair
High School. I attended Texas State before I was lured by the thriving,
eclectic and mellow attitude of Austin where I studied Cultural
Anthropology at UT. Although I was constantly busy studying, working
and, of course, playing, I always found time to hit the local gym to
work out my stress and pressure!
Now back in Cypress, I enjoy working at Fitness 1 on 1 where I can
interact with different people regularly and watch for new exercises to
try on my own time. I am always available for your questions and to
provide you with assistance |

Val hired me in 2007 as her personal trainer after years of not
getting the results she was looking for. In only 12 weeks she had gone
from 29.6% bodyfat down to 16.7 and now holds her bodyfat at a year
round leanness of about 13%. In the fall of 2009 she had decided to sell
her soul to me! |
