Fitness 1 on 1 was established by our founder as a result of over 14 years of working as a personal trainer and strength coach. Our vision is to provide a fitness program that goes beyond physical conditioning to become an integral part of our clients, members, and our communities overall health, wellness and lives.
The average American will consult their doctor, nurse or holistic healthcare practitioner when they are not feeling well or injured. What they fail to do is to adhere to and par takes in the most important task, regular exercise and proper nutrition. They also fail to realize that regular physical activity, daily caloric intake and a healthy lifestyle is the key to healthy living and longevity. We will tailor to every individual’s needs and goals just as is as important to their health as medical checkups and treatment.

The Fitness 1 on 1 System
Just as architects or engineers have blueprints for the structures they build, you also need a strategy for building your new body. Without a detailed and structured plan for targeted results, you will not get your desired goals achieved. The trainers at Fitness 1 on 1 believe individualized programs are key to achieving your fitness goals.
We will provide you a complimentary initial assessment to establish a baseline for your regimen, and to determine you current condition, exercise history and objectives. We will regularly chart your progress by measuring your skin fold composition, muscular circumference, blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility and overall strength. We adhere strictly to the guidelines promoted by the National Strength & Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.
